Open Maddy on your new device and tap "Restore Purchases" on the welcome screen or in Settings. Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID and will restore automatically as long as you are signed into the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.
Go to your iPhone Settings, then Apple ID, then Subscriptions, then Maddy, then Cancel. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that.
AuDHD means being both autistic and ADHD, one brain running both. Maddy was built with an AuDHDer, for AuDHD adults and teens, and that doesn’t change. It’s also built for every brain where starting is the wall: ADHD, autism, brain injury and stroke recovery, long COVID, perimenopause, depression, burnout. Maddy doesn’t treat any of these. It scaffolds daily living: one thing at a time, real rewards, no shame when a day goes sideways. If that sounds like you or your person, you’re in the right place.
Yes. One subscription covers your circle. You can set up multiple subjects within the same account, each with their own things, companion, and reward system.
By Face ID or Touch ID on your device, so the person using Maddy day-to-day cannot accidentally change their own thing values or reward goals. One check when you open the app unlocks everything you have access to, and it re-locks after ten minutes in the background. Nothing to remember and no PIN to lose.
Yes. If you subscribed as a Founding Circle member, your price is locked at $99.99/yr for as long as your subscription remains active. It will not go up when the standard price increases.
No. Maddy is a daily living skills support app. It is not a medical device, therapeutic intervention, or clinical service. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you or someone in your care needs clinical support, please work with a qualified professional.
Yes. Maddy is live on the App Store and Google Play. The pilot ran with IEP coordinators, ND-affirming therapists, occupational therapists, and regional center support workers who work with AuDHD adults and teens. The same wall shows up in more lives than one diagnosis, so the fit reaches further: rehab OTs, long COVID clinics, and perimenopause and women’s health clinicians. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: Settings, then Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data including things, collections history, photos, voice notes, and your circle. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you have trouble deleting your account in the app, email support@mymaddy.app and we will delete it manually within 24 hours.
